Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are accepted only for size issues or damaged kurtis. For damaged products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Without this, claims will not be accepted.
We offer replacement only. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Approved replacements will be shipped within 2–3 working days after receiving the returned item.
Not eligible for return:

- Minor fitting preferences
- Used items or products without original tags
- Damage claims without unboxing video
