Yes, we ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by location.

Orders within India usually arrive in 5–7 business days. International deliveries depend on the courier service and destination.

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp/email. You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

Yes, most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

Customized, altered, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.

Simply log in to your Aval Collections account → go to My Orders → select the product → click Return Item(s). You’ll get updates by email.

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes within India. Availability will be shown at checkout.
