Return & Replacement Policy

At Aval Collections, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Size issues

Product damage (kurti damage)

Important Condition for Damaged Products

If the kurti is damaged, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded from the moment of opening the package.

Without an unboxing video, damage claims will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement kurti.

The replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 working days after receiving the returned item.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only replacement is applicable for eligible cases.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

Slight fitting preferences (not size defects)

Products without original tags or signs of use

Damage claims without unboxing video
