4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Tamil Nadu and select locations in India.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
Aval Collections is not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
5. Return & Exchange
No returns are accepted once a product is sold.
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back for exchange.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid.
