Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be in their original condition with tags intact.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will also cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund.

Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days.

The timeline includes:

● 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the courier.

● 3–5 business days for processing once the item is received.

● 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction.

● Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return:

● Log in to your Aval Collections account.

● Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return.

● Click Return Item(s) and follow the instructions.

● Once approved, ship the item back to us using the provided details.

● We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

● Exceptions Customized or altered items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

● Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
